(‘A`) : What does your muse do when they’re alone?

His behavior when alone is very similar to that of trying to calm himself: a warm drink (coffee or tea) and something to occupy himself. A still mind is a dangerous one — Wings is usually thinking about or picking around something, and if there’s nothing to do, the pickings are at himself. 
So, sometimes he would draw, work on something (the number one choice), pace, or find someone to bother talk to. Lately, these people are his friends (Hope, Llyr, Kindness, once Asgore and Grillby), boyfriend, or children. Wings does not like to be alone for long, so there is not much to list that he does while alone. It is much better to have someone there, even if they aren’t chatting — he is content to watch someone moving, breathing, and just existing, if he likes them, and finds that interesting enough.

I, like Hedj, find this question difficult and confusing to answer, BUth ere we go anyways. 

Much of Wings’ actions are shaped by those of his parents — foremost, his “mama”, who taught him how to respect and be kind to people. He tries very hard to uphold that, even if she has been gone centuries and would have never gotten to see him honoring her memory by following her teachings. Despite that, kindness stuck with him, and it is one of his more likable qualities. 

In another way, he does honor his other mother, by pushing himself. In his eyes (or hers), his efforts never seem to be enough. Created the CORE — but the monsters are still underground, aren’t they, Wingding? 
This is a big source of much of his stress and bad decisions, like taking DT and creating other unethical experiments in secret. If he does not pay strict enough attention, the “ends justify the means” mentality can catch him in the legs and bowl him over. He really needs to win, get things perfect, and be liked.

ヽ(´ー｀)ﾉ : What calms your muse down?

Wings often appears calm on the outside, even if his inner monologue is in a panic. To keep his cool, he must busy himself with something, anything, be it a book or another person to distract him. One of the best ways, though, is to make himself a cup of tea: it keeps his hands warm, and lets him focus and slow down. Stirring something in it, too, helps — such as adding creamer, because it creates clouds in the darkness of the tea that move and swirl around. 

He is not the best at self-calming, without some sort of aid. This can often result in hasty, bad decisions that he later regrets. 🙂
